- Be responsible for the production line site process management, daily process quality issues coordination, follow up, rectification and process information feedback.
- Be responsible for the production line process documentation, implementation and monitoring, the feedback of the finished products to follow up the rectification, technical changes to be timely and accurate.
- Be responsible for process development, process design of new products and new types of machines, process document preparation and implementation of trial, measurement and completion of project identification.
- Be responsible for technological renovation of processing technology investment, process flow design of processing workshop production line, equipment layout and optimization, process equipment plan preparation and investment income accounting, etc.
- Be responsible for improvement/production engineering, maintenance, and exception handling work, participate in the objective of engineering to improve and design improvement plan (equipment, tooling, process specification, wi) support and the coordination and implementation of production process, engineering capacity analysis and quality, improve the working efficiency of ascension, jig, logistics equipment design and improvement, manufacturing cost analysis and improve the working cost reduction.
