- Provide warm, personable, professional, and courteous service at all times.
- Greet all clients who enter the store with enthusiasm. Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to clients.
Determine the client's needs and suggest products to meet their needs. Communicate product knowledge to clients as appropriate.
- Actively pursue additional product knowledge as needed.
- Operational Excellence. Participate in inventory control. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to the Manager.
Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures. Be knowledgeable of special events/animations within the store.

- Sales Experienced in Beauty or Fragrance Field (or related market), 1 to 3 years is a plus
- Able to communicate in English (Optional: TOEIC 500), Chinese communication is an advantage.
- Able to have a flexible work schedule and work days, nights, and weekends.
