- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Coordinate daily operations task.
- Do meeting minutes for operation meeting.
- Collect operation weekly report.
- Other task that be assigned.
- Support and implement cost control initiatives and process control within the Plant.
- Continually review operations activities, including employee attendance employee performance review.
- Ensure compliance through teamwork for all Standard Operating Procedures within the Plant.
- Provide leadership to Plant staff and effectively motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
- Assist with recruiting and to train and develop all staff.
- Coordinate daily operations task.

- ผู้ช่วย,พูดภาษาจีน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- More experience 2-3 years in Manager Assistant
- Communication skills. (Able to deal with multinational company)
- Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
