- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality Program Management team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continues improvements.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- Ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed.
- Participate in training and development activities to ensure that new technologies are applied and that staff skill level are developed.
- Development and review Quality documentation.
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Assure ongoing compliance with Quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Manage ongoing reliability test execution to ensure finished product quality.
- Coordinate and support customer on-site audits.
- Manage field quality performance such as RMA and investigate issues for root cause identification, corrective actions and preventive actions implementation.
- Manage QPM, Lab and equipment calibration teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Excellent in-house and external communication and liaison skills.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production process.
- Advanced knowledge of government compliance and quality control regulatory standards.
- Prior customer quality management experience is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Availability to travel up to 20% of time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering science or logistics.
