Provides this person will be required to provide overall leadership that ensures and includes:
1.Provides a physically and emotionally safe, clean, and organized working environment promoting mutual trust and respect.
2.Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching for manufacturing in areas of safety, quality, time and cost.
3.Make sure that 4M “Man Machine Method Material” procedures and instructions are followed and company guidelines are implemented
4.Safe production of the highest possible quality products, at the lowest possible cost.
5.Reaching desired goals for housekeeping, safety, quality, COTD and production by ensuring that the team members follow all company policies, practices and procedures.
6.Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
7.Facilitates change and drives continuous improvement from experiments to systematic, sustainable processes.
8.Develops, sponsors, and supports experiments to support continuous improvement.
9.Supports other Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members as part of the help chain.
10.Coaching and development of Team Members.
11.Sponsoring Problem Solving and Kaizen activities.
12.Involvement in critical business decisions.
