IT Project Sales Engineer (Supervisor Level)

- Support & Resolve user issues – either basic or specific solutions support particularly IT automation system to comply with customer’s TOR. trouble-shooting and escalation where needed in IT products or/and solutions.
- Manage all customer’s projects or requirements; Costing, Collaborative work with our int’l partner clearly and properly
- Analyzing user requirements to comply with all products concerned; Security System (Cyber Security), RPA Automation, Bot solutions etc.,
- Deploy with new automation solutions, function platform,
specific equipment, etc.
- Ensuring continuous professional self-development.
- Communicate with and follow the direction of operation team
- Engage and Meet with customers regularly; able to improvise for all kind of customer’s problem which it is beyond an expectation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data exchange between headquarters and branches.

- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาโท, ปริญญาตรี
- คณะ/สาขา วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineer, computer science, IT or related field.
- Experience in deployment cost of the project.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Solutions, Project or Solutions Planning including costing and preparing for quotation or service proposal to the customer
- Experience in POC, TOR (Electronic Bidding, Sealed Bid Auction or
Tender Offers would be advantage).
- Experience in making a specification
- Knowledge and understand in Cyber Security, RPA,
System Automation, would be advantage.
- Experience in Banking Automation, Port/Terminal Automation,
would be advantage
- Evaluate the job on site and prior design for all solutions
that concerned to customer’s requirements.
