Account Payable Supervisor

- Coordinates with Operation Team and Share Service Center Team to record
all AP invoices correctly and completely (accrue monthly transportation report)
- Attend to and resolved queries from suppliers
- Coordinates with Share Service center AP aging reconciliation
- Checks and Ensures payment batches are made correctly & completely.
- Prepares Prepayment transactions and Raises manual check when/if required
- Verify and check Purchase order against supplier invoices (if any)
- Supervise the team and acts as back-up to other accounting staff when required
- Ensures all functional parties, as defined on your organization chart,
are kept fully informed on your tasks performances and Compliance control
- Undertakes extra duties, as and when requested, as agreed with your leader

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- คณะ/สาขา การเงิน, บัญชีบัณฑิต
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or relate field.
- At least 5 - 8 year working experience in Accounting field
- Experience in Account Payable and within logistic industry is an advantage.
- Must have strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, Strong problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and result oriented individual
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- SAP and IFRS no. 16 knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English
