- Prepare sale performance customer profitability with variance analysis.
- Cooperate with marketing, sales team and R&D to support analysis for new product.
- Perform internal process to improve A&P tracking ex. Online pre & post evaluation for promotion campaign.
- Control and track OPEX (GA&SE) and A&P spending to ensure that are effectively spent as budgeted.
- Prepare financial rolling forecast and variance analysis.
- Responsible for budgeting, distributor break-even point and key business drivers to support management decision-making and business growth.
- Prepare sale data, production cost by SKU, and manual allocate depreciation, freight, bad order, A&P and OPEX.
- Meeting with sales team and marketing to present and review performance and forecast against budget and last year.
- Accrue A&P and reconcile this spending between SAP and company database.
- Assist special assignment and generate ad-hoc report as may be assigned.

- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
