- Primarily responsible in functional of SAP to support the end-users.
- Diagnose, Analyze and solve the issue in SAP.
- Coordinating with the business process owner or key user for the SAP enhancement project.
- Mapping the requirement of the user to the capabilities of the SAP system or other applications such as Sales Force Automation (SFA), Business Intelligence (BI), etc.
- Writing the functional specifications.
- Assisting the end-users when need to prepare the needed document such as Change Request Form (CRF), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Sap User Account Request Form (SUARF), etc.
- Preparing Test Data & its testing.
- Keeping the end-users posted on the status of pending request in SAP.
- Training the end-user training and preparing the training material.
- Coordinating with cooperate IT with related the SAP.
