- As Polyvalent Visa & Consular Assistant, you will be working under the supervision of the Consul-General and the visa agent.
- You will be performing all tasks related to visa services: provide administrative support, assess visa applications, conduct interviews, manage own and team’s caseloads, deal with a range of client’s questions and prepare correspondence to clients and to stakeholders.
- As part of the consular section, additional tasks, like the participation in the consular duty call service, will be required from you on an ad hoc basis..
- Contract from Mid-October or early November 2025 until the end of September 2026

- Fluent in English and Thai; Dutch or French is an added-value
- Service–minded, polyvalent, eager to learn, flexible in the work
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Microsoft Office & Communication skills

- Resident in Thailand (no tourist visa) on start date
