- Adhere to safety and 5s for MC and operation.
- Have a good knowledge for Injection mold MC, plastic materials and set up the machine parameters as per the standard operating conditions.
- Set up the new part on injection mold machine and give inputs to new model project engineer about running problems and etc.
- organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Analysis and solve the problem in the process of injection mold machine.
- Make a distinction between FG and NG parts easily, guide, training and demonstrate quality requirements to operators for achieve KPI
- Control and confirm availability of man/machine/material for shift and ensure that shift and next shift do not face problems
- Should know QC 7 Tools, 8D reports, 5 whys, and ISO system
