- เพศชาย อายุ 25 ขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ เบื้องต้น
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านในระบบ IATF 16949 และ ISO 14001
- มีความรู้เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ Skill : CAD, Excel, PLC
